Dean B. Zelinsky had founded Dean Guitars in the late 1970’s beating almost all odds by creating a line of guitars that for a 20-year-old to take on the biggest manufacturers in the world and  rise above the clutter to become a household name.

In 2009 Dean Zelinsky ventured out on his own to begin fresh, away from the corporate entity that Dean guitars had become. Instead of a sales game about numbers he could concentrate on creating quality instruments designed for players.
